Our Vision - Incorporated in 1981, our Managing Director Mr. Sai Prakash Chalasani founded Manjira Machine with a vision of offering highly critical quality manufacturing needs and services for clients. We started with design & manufacture of strip processing machinery & forgings and have since grown to become a leading manufacturer for Indian Defense, Aerospace and Steel industry. Over the years, Manjira Machine have built a wide portfolio including Aerospace Quality Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Forgings, Defense and Aerospace equipment, Integration Hardware, Ground Handling Systems, LVM3, SSLV, GSLV, PSLV and Gaganyaan Hardware.
Our core competence is both Forging and Machining of Critical Missile Components, Torpedo Shells, Airframe Sections, Propellant Tanks, Annular Casings and we have developed and manufactured various types of Defense and Aerospace Products both Integration Hardware and Ground Handling Systems to various reputed Organizations in India
We have developed process for manufacturing Toroidal Air Bottles to ANSP-DRDL. The company has designed, manufactured and supplied Flex Nozzle Test Set-up for AN3 to carry out Flex Seal Hydraulic Proof Pressure Test, Flex Seal Vectoring Test and Flex Nozzle Vectoring Test. We have also developed process for manufacture and testing of Longitudinal and Lateral Shock Absorber Systems (SAS) and Electrical Connector Mechanism (ECM) for Universal Vertical Launcher Module of Naval Ships for launching BrahMos Missile. We designed, manufactured and supplied Tape Laying Machine for simultaneous hoop winding and axial tape laying both forward and backward along the cylindrical mandrel surface for manufacture of composite tubes.
