Manjira is involved in end to end manufacturing for Simulated Crew Module which made a successful Gaganyaan test launch. We have designed and realized Modular Assembly fixtures. Assembly specified dimensions were achieved at part level using CNC machines and assembles of large size components were carried out smoothly. We have meticulously planned and implemented light alloy structures (TEB & TFPB) for Test Vehicle Project in record time. 

Manjira is involved in manufacturing of Varunastra, which is a anti-submarine torpedo, along with Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL). 

Manjira specializes in manufacturing various types of Ground Handling / Support Systems to DRDO Labs, BDL & BrahMos and ISRO-SHAR and VSSC.

Manjira Designs and Builds Hydraulic Roll Briquetting Machines for Lime Fines, Coal & Coke Fines and Synthetic Alumina Fines up to a capacity of 10 Tons per hour. We also design and build PUG Mills (Screw Extruder) for Briquetting Zirconium Oxide Fines.

Manjira designs and builds Oceanographic Electro Hydraulic Winches for Defence Application. Our Hydraulic Winches are designed for greater Cable Capacity, Load Capacity and Line Speed. We design and manufacture Hydraulic Winches as per the requirement of the Customers for Optical Fiber Cables, Power Cables and Control Cables. 

Manjira designs and builds a range of CR and HR Slitting Lines in Push Pull and Pull through configuration with double Eccentric Heads. We designed Slitter Head permits Slitting to highest quality and accuracy standards. The company manufactured Terminal Equipment’s (Payoff Reels, Tension Reels, Pinch Roll Flattener, Coil Cars, Coil Tilters, Hydraulic Shears, Belt Wrappers etc.) for Continuous Pickling, Galvanizing, Color Coating, Electrolytic Cleaning Lines and Tension Levelling Lines.
